Client Obligations

Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of their source code. SOSVibecode commits to respecting confidentiality and not disclosing the client's code.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits.
Modifications
